## Privacy — the most important thing to get right

**Control, not surveillance.**

Most “device management” tools work by watching everything a phone does. Hushwall doesn’t. Your policy is a list of rules — which apps, which network, which hours — that the member’s own device enforces. We never put a server in the path of their traffic, and there is no content to read on our side because there is no content on our side.

- Rules are firewall-by-app, signed by us and applied locally — no message, call or browsing content is collected.
- Members enrol with a join code or QR; no Google account, no personal profile, no tracking SDKs.
- Off-Play and open about how it works, so members can see exactly what their device is doing.
- Policy is delivered in a signed, device-bound envelope the phone verifies offline — it keeps enforcing without a connection and rejects stale or tampered versions.

## What an organisation gets

## How it works

1. **Get access** — Enter your organisation email and pay the one-time access fee. You receive a voucher code — your key to the portal.
2. **Create your organisation** — Sign in, pick the type (work, school, community or sponsor) and create it. The first organisations are included; add more anytime.
3. **Invite members & enrol devices** — Share a join code (or QR) so members enrol their own device in seconds — no Google account, no app store, no personal data collected.
4. **Manage everything** — Set policy, budgets and pots; suspend or remove seats; watch usage — all from the portal, and from the Hushwall app itself.

## Pricing (live, NGN)

- **Portal access** — ₦20,000 one-time. One-time fee for the portal account; includes 2 organisations.
- **Additional organisation** — ₦3,000 each. Each additional organisation beyond the included ones.
- **Additional seat** — ₦2,000 each (3 free seats per organisation). Each seat beyond the free seats included with every organisation.
- **Hushwall Pro (consumer app)** — ₦3,000. Optional, separate from the portal: a one-off unlock of all premium features in the free consumer app.

No contracts, no minimums. Prices are server-set, indicative and Nigeria-first; this endpoint always reflects the live amount.

## FAQ

**Is this surveillance? Can an admin read members’ messages or browsing?**

No. Hushwall never sits in the path of anyone’s traffic and stores no content. A policy is just a list of rules — which apps may use mobile data, on which network, during which hours — and the member’s own phone enforces it locally. There is nothing to read on our side because there is no content on our side.

**Do members need a Google account or the Play Store?**

No. Members enrol with a join code or QR, off-Play, with no Google account, no personal profile and no tracking SDKs.

**What does it cost?**

A one-time portal access fee that includes 2 organisations, then a per-organisation fee beyond that and a per-seat fee beyond the free seats included with each organisation. See the live amounts in the pricing section of this document.

**Are there contracts or minimums?**

No contracts and no minimums. Free seats are included with every organisation; add paid seats or extra organisations only as you grow.

**What can a sponsor’s money be spent on?**

Only connectivity. Sponsored pots are ring-fenced to data and airtime, with a per-member cap and a transparent, auditable ledger of every naira.

**Which countries do you support?**

Nigeria-first.

## For acquisition partners (attribution)

Acquisition partners can tag any link to the org portal so their referred sign-ups are attributed automatically when an organisation pays the access fee.

Append ?ref=<code> to any /organisations or /portal link. Codes are free-form ([A-Za-z0-9_-], max 40 chars), need no registration, and attribute the paid account to that code. Suffix freely to split campaigns or agents (e.g. fmify-oau-hostels).
